We usually respond immediately to emails but please allow us a processing time of up to 24 hours (48 hours on weekends). Below you can read the FAQ's. 1 How do I place an order? How do I pay?
In order to place an order you need to add all items you wish to order to the shopping cart. Afterwards click on the 'Checkout' button on the shopping cart page. This will lead you directly to our checkout page of Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to place an order, in that case you just scroll down a little and it shows you the checkout option with Paypal without having an account. In that case all you need is to enter your credit card information. Paying via Paypal is the safest way on the internet and works through a SSL Server.
After receiving your payment we are processing your order. This can take up to 5 business days, but usually we ship within 3 days or less. We use your default shipping adress set on Paypal, if you want the order to be shipped to another address please advise so in the comment box when making the payment or contact us via email. Either way please do so on time.
After we ship we will provide you the tracking number of your order via email and also upload it to Paypal. Please note that our items will mostly be shipped directly from our warehouses in Hongkong.
Shipping for all orders are free. Shipping to the US happens via ePacket, which a service similar to EMS only available to the US and arrive within 6-10 days after shipping. Shipping to Western European countries takes usually around two weeks and are processed via HK Post. In order to receive average shipping times to other countries please contact us and we will be pleased to help you.
In case you are interested in Express Shipping, that is possible for a surcharge which is calculated individually and depends on following factors: order size, weight, destination country. Please email us before or immediately after placing the order so we can quote you the best price possible.

3 Secure ordering & payment options
The most secure way to complete your order with us is Paypal and we surely prefer this way. For you transactions made via Paypal also includes customer protection. But in case you do not have a creditcard we also accept Western Union and Moneygram payments. In this case you need to contact us in advance via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will instruct you how to complete a transaction that way. Please note that the buyer needs to pay all fees applicable when making a transaction via Western Union or Moneygram.
4 Returns and Refunds
For us customer satisfaction is the most important part of our business. If there is any problem regarding your order please contact us and we will be pleased to help you and find a solution. Of course we refund or resend if there is a problem in quality or a defect. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for any problem occuring due to customs restrictions. Also order sent back to us because the client did not pick it up at the postal office or due to wrong adress do not fall under our responsibility, in this case we offer to resend the item for a shipping and handling fee of 10$.
Canceling orders for no reason will be charged with 5$ + 10% of the order value. Returning the items with no reason will be also charged with that amount as a restocking fee and all costs occuring for return shipment must be held by the customer.
Please note that complaints can only be accepted within 3 days after receiving the good, because after this period we assume the items to be used already.
If there is a need of spareparts we can offer that for you, depending on the item desired we either give the sparepart for free or charge a minimum amount, either way we also charge a shipping and handling fee of 10$.
